This privacy policy applies in accordance with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (nDSG) effective September 1, 2023.

Principles of Data Processing

We process personal data in accordance with the Swiss Data Protection Act (nDSG). Personal data is only retained for as long as necessary for the respective purpose. We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data.

Data Collected

This website has no user accounts, no forms that send data to us and no database.

  • When you visit, our hosting provider records technical data in server logs (IP address, date and time, page requested, browser type). These logs are used only for security and operation and are deleted after a short period.
  • When you send us an order or inquiry, you do so yourself through WhatsApp or your email program. We then receive the details you chose to include (name, phone, address, email, order details) and use them only to handle your order.

Cookies

This website sets no cookies and uses no tracking. Your browser may store the page files in its own cache.

Analytics Tools

We use no analytics tools, advertising networks or social media plugins.

Disclosure to Third Parties

We only share personal data where needed to fulfil your order or where you have agreed:

  • Hosting: our website is hosted by a provider in Switzerland.
  • WhatsApp (Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd.): only if you choose to contact us via WhatsApp. WhatsApp's own privacy policy applies.
  • Email: messages you send us are processed by our email provider.
  • Google Maps: the route link opens Google Maps only when you click it.

Under the nDSG, you have the following rights:

  • Right of access: You may request information about your personal data stored by us.
  • Right to rectification: You may request the correction of inaccurate data.
  • Right to deletion: You may request the deletion of your data, unless there is a legal retention obligation.
  • Right to data portability: You may request the release of your data in a common format.

Retention Period

Personal data is only stored for as long as necessary for the respective purpose. Order data is retained in accordance with statutory retention periods (typically 10 years for business records under CO Art. 958f).

Data Transfer Abroad

Our website is hosted in Switzerland. If you contact us via WhatsApp, data may be processed by Meta outside Switzerland; Meta relies on standard contractual clauses under Art. 16 nDSG.
