Our courier covers the whole city of Zurich and the lakeside towns. Within 5 km of the shop, pickup and delivery are free; further away they cost CHF 15 per order, free from CHF 100.

How do I order? Fill in the ticket on our order page, or write to us on WhatsApp or by email. We reply during opening hours to confirm the pickup time.
How quickly do I get my clothes back? Our standard service takes 48 hours. Express within 24 hours is available in selected postcodes, subject to availability.
What does pickup and delivery cost? Nothing within 5 km of our shop. Further away it costs CHF 15 per order, and is free for orders from CHF 100.
Where do you collect and deliver? The whole city of Zurich, plus Kilchberg, Rüschlikon, Thalwil, Zollikon and Küsnacht. Somewhere else? Ask us.
How does the pickup work? We agree a time slot with you (morning, midday or evening) and our courier collects your garments discreetly at your door.
Are my designer pieces insured? Yes. Every garment in our care is insured throughout: pickup, cleaning and delivery.
How do I pay? We accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Apple Pay, Google Pay and TWINT. You pay when your garments come back.
Can I drop off in person? Of course: Seestrasse 410, Monday to Friday 09:00 to 18:30, Saturday 09:00 to 16:00.
