1. Scope

These General Terms and Conditions apply to all services provided by Glow Swiss GmbH, Seestrasse 410, 8038 Zurich (hereinafter "Glow Swiss"). By placing an order, the customer accepts these GTC.

2. Services

Glow Swiss offers professional textile care, including dry cleaning, laundry, repairs and alterations, as well as a pickup and delivery service in the Zurich area. The exact scope of services is determined by the respective order confirmation.

3. Placing Orders

Orders can be placed via the website, WhatsApp or by phone. Each order is considered accepted upon confirmation by Glow Swiss. Glow Swiss reserves the right to decline orders without stating reasons.

4. Pricing

Prices listed on the website are indicative prices in Swiss Francs (CHF) including VAT. The final price is determined after inspection of the textiles and communicated to the customer. Glow Swiss reserves the right to adjust prices.

5. Payment

Payment is made via the payment methods offered on the website (credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, TWINT) or upon collection. Invoices are payable within 30 days of the invoice date. A default interest rate of 5% p.a. applies to late payments.

6. Pickup and Delivery

The pickup and delivery service is available within the catchment area indicated on the website. The customer ensures that textiles are ready at the agreed time. In the event of an unsuccessful pickup attempt, Glow Swiss may charge a fee of CHF 15.

7. Liability

Glow Swiss is liable for damages caused by gross negligence or intent. Liability is limited to the current value of the damaged garment, up to a maximum of CHF 2,000 per item. Glow Swiss assumes no liability for damages attributable to existing defects, incorrect care labeling or normal wear. Complaints must be submitted in writing within 48 hours of delivery.

8. Warranty

Glow Swiss undertakes to treat all textiles with the utmost care and according to the current state of the art. If the result is unsatisfactory, Glow Swiss offers a free re-treatment, provided this is technically possible.

9. Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled free of charge up to 12 hours before the agreed pickup time. For later cancellations or failure to provide textiles, a flat fee of CHF 15 may be charged.

10. Data Protection

The processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is available on our website.

11. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

Swiss law applies exclusively. The place of jurisdiction is Zurich, Switzerland.

12. Final Provisions

Should individual provisions of these GTC be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected. Glow Swiss reserves the right to amend these GTC at any time. The current version is always available on the website.
